  • ✿ Appointment requests can be sent via booking form or email.

  • ✿ My minimum per session is $250. Small flashes are usually priced at (or close to) minimum, and minimum would also cover multiple tiny tattoos (1-2”).

    ✿ Small/medium flashes (3-4”) generally range from $250-$400, depending on size, placement, and detail. It usually works out to be about $100 per inch.

    ✿ Larger scale designs (8”+) are priced hourly ($200/hr). Large scale work can also be broken into sessions as necessary.

    ✿ I always give price quotes before booking, and I’m always happy to work with budgets— just let me know in your email/booking form. General size and price ranges are listed below each flash sheet to give you an idea of what to expect.

  • ✿ Yes! When you submit a booking form, you’ll have a chance to upload reference photos and describe your idea.

  • ✿ Yes! Just let me know in your booking form. If you want a bunch of small tattoos, you can book a half day session (4 hours, $500-600) or full day session (8 hours, $1000-1200), and we can do as many tattoos as possible in that time frame.

  • ✿ To set up an appointment with a friend or group:

    • For the exact same piece: please fill out one form and include what you’d like to get (including size, placement, etc), as well as how many people will be getting the tattoo!

    • For different pieces: If you want to come in with a friend but you don’t want matching pieces, that’s also totally fine! In this case, please fill out separate forms with each of your ideas (+ size, placement, etc), and just let me know in the last question that you’d like to be booked with [Friend’s name].

  • ✿ I wrote up a comprehensive guide for anybody who may be getting their first tattoo, or just has questions about the tattoo process.

    ✿ This includes information for how to prep your skin before an appointment, how to feel your best while getting tattooed, information about the bandages I use to wrap your tattoo + how to remove them, what to expect during healing, how to care for your new tattoo, and red flags to look out for during the healing process.

    ✿ This is a good place to start for anybody who feels like they might have a lot of questions, but aren’t sure what to ask! I’m here to help, so you can always email me if you have any questions or want to learn more about anything mentioned in the sheet.

  • ✿ Yes! If you see a design that you like and you’re not in LA, you can purchase a tattoo ticket for $30. Just send me an email with the design you’re interested in, and I can send you the file + payment info.

    ✿ You can also fill out my mailing list/travel request form to be notified if I schedule a guest spot in your city.

  • ✿ If you’d like to gift a tattoo session, you can totally purchase a gift certificate!

    ✿ It can be for any amount— my minimum for tattoo sessions is $250, and most small flashes are $250-300, but you don’t have to cover the entire cost. You can put down any amount you’d like, and it’ll go towards the balance of their appointment.

    ✿ Just send me an email (pokingyousoftly@gmail.com) to let me know the recipient’s name/email address so that I can make a note of it for their booking, and I’ll send you the payment details! Feel free to reach out if you have any other specific questions.

  • ✿ Absolutely! If you want a custom design in my style (but you don’t want to get it tattooed), I can make a custom drawing for you.

    ✿ This includes pet portraits, custom bouquets, custom flash sheets, etc! Literally whatever your heart desires. I can make a print of the piece, or just send the digital file.
